We have updated our privacy notice to take notice of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which is a California data privacy law effective January 1, 2020. The CCPA regulates how certain businesses may use personal information of Californians. amInext.com® uses third-party providers that manage our hosting platform and e-mail delivery services. These vendors are believed to be compliant with the CCPA. We have implemented an additional “cookie banner” at the recommendation of our primary hosting platform provide.
