AM I NEXT? NO LOVE AT EXCELA ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS

Am I Next? Excela Technologies consolidating and relocating.

Irving, Texas-based Exela Enterprise Solutions, a software developer and business process outsourcer, has announced a restructuring that will lead to the company's consolidation and relocation.
Approximately 81 employees located in Austin, Texas, will be laid off.

According to a company spokesperson, "As part of the company's ongoing optimization efforts, we are relocating some work out of Austin to our other locations within the United States, namely our outbound communications operations. The company maintains a notable presence, over 120 employees, in the Austin area across its other business units, including healthcare, on-site services among others, and they remain unaffected by this relocation. As a Texas-headquartered company, we value our presence within the Austin community."

The company's future is in jeopardy as the company seeks private equity or a merger or acquisition.
