AM I NEXT? NO LOVE AT ADOBE

San Jose, California-based Adobe, the iconic document and content creation software company, has announced a reduction in force.

The reduction will impact approximately 100 employees, primarily on its sales team.

The company noted that it has “shifted some employees to positions that support critical initiatives” and wiped out “a small number” of other jobs, Layoffs are attributed to rough global macroeconomic conditions and do not represent a company-wide layoff.

"Adobe's continued success in this uncertain macroeconomic environment underscores that our solutions are mission-critical to a growing universe of customers."

Change is coming. There will always be a tomorrow, no matter how much you may try to ignore it. There are no guarantees in life or promises for a bright future. We see good people being laid off through no fault of their own. Just because something bad hasn't happened yet, doesn't mean it won't. It can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere. No one is guaranteed to wake up tomorrow and still have a job by evening. Are you now wondering, Am I Next?

Chicago, Illinois Hologram, a technology company that creates platform software to connect IoT devices to any cellular network across the globe, has announced a reduction in force.

The reduction in force will impact 80 employees.

A company spokesperson noted, “While we continue to see growth for Hologram, macroeconomic market conditions have rapidly changed. The decision to say goodbye to our colleagues was not easy, but it was in the best interest of the company.
