There are few things that annoy me as much as boilerplate "about" stories and "mission statements." It screams laziness, inauthenticity, and the lack of enthusiasm for your company, product, or service.
Personally, I like "mantras" which tell the whole story in a few words like "Good food, delivered fast." Add some pictures of your facility and food and you have said it all.
While it may not be easy to create a mantra or your business does not lend itself to a shorthand description, you still have space left to make your point. If nothing else, it is a great exercise for your management employees to focus their attention on the important nature and functions of your business.
Here is an example of a real statement that rattles my teeth.

Change is coming. There will always be a tomorrow, no matter how much you may try to ignore it. There are no guarantees in life or promises for a bright future. Just because something bad hasn't happened yet, doesn't mean it won't. It can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere. No one is guaranteed to wake up tomorrow and still have a job by evening. Are you now wondering, Am I Next?
