Chanhassen, Minnesota-based IWCO Direct,a provider of data-driven direct marketing solutions, has announced plans to close their Little Falls Minnesota facility.
The permanent closure will affect 330 employees in two phases. The first phase will occur on November 1, 2021, and affect approximately 165 employees. The remaining employees will be laid off by January 1, 2022, when the facility will be permanently closed.
According to a spokesperson, the decision was driven by "a change in business needs. This decision was made after careful consideration and is the result of the company making investments in technology in response to changing customer needs.”
