Seattle, Washington-based Highspot Software, a provider of sales management software, has announced a 15% reduction in force in a second round of layoffs.
The reduction in force will impact 140 employees following a previous 10% (95 employees) reduction in February 2023.
CEO Robert Wahbe noted, "We are well capitalized and currently forecast being cash flow positive next year. Unfortunately, restructuring our business means we lose great people. Our first priority is ensuring those impacted have the time and resources to find new roles. The hard decisions we’re making now will steward our company’s future, but they also impact the lives of the colleagues we’re losing."

Today’s changes position us to invest in growth areas such as product and engineering including generative AI — and build a profitable company that delights our customers worldwide.”
