Huntington, West Virginia-based REO Logistics, provider of warehousing, distribution and transportation services, has announced that it will be laying off most of the workers at its Waynesboro, Virginia facility. Up to 70 employees will be affected with layoffs scheduled between January and February, 2019. The decision was driven by a contract loss from a major customer.
In any contract-dependent, periodic contract adjustments can be expected and should be considered routine as the company restructures to align personnel and available business.
