Buffalo, New York-based Computer Task Group, a third-party provider of information technology staffing, has announced that its contract with IBM to staff a Helpdesk for Anthem Insurance Companies has ended.
The contract loss will impact 89 employees, 85 customer-service representatives, and 4 managers, located at the IBM-Anthem site in Buffalo, New York, commencing August 31, 2021.
