AM I NEXT? NO LOVE AT VISA

San Francisco, California-based Visa, a multinational electronic payment card services provider, is restructuring its international business and reducing its workforce.

The reduction in force will impact 1,400 employees and contractors, with the majority of positions involving technology positions, while the rest will focus on merchant sales and global digital partnerships roles. Layoffs are scheduled to occur before the end of 2024.

No one is guaranteed to wake up tomorrow and still have a job by evening. While many employees can read the writing on the wall, why do most assume it’s targeted at someone else? Are you now wondering, Am I Next?
